Governor Wolf has issued a 'stay at home' order for Monroe County, effective 8:00 PM Monday, March 23, 2020. Jackson Township Municipal Parks are closed. This includes the Dog Park, Ball Fields, Basketball Courts, and Tot Lot. This will remain in effect until further notice.
Short Term Rentals will be able to resume operations effective May 29, 2020. Monroe County will be entering the yellow phase as of this date. All businesses, including Short Term Rentals, are required to follow the CDC and Dept. of Health guidance for social distancing and cleaning. To review the guidance documents, please click here. Effective May 4, 2020, Township General Office hours will be 7:30am to 4:00pm. Zoning Office hours will be 7:00am to 3:30pm. Please note- the office will be closed from 12:00pm - 1:00pm for lunch. 2020 Real Property Tax
Jackson Township Board of Supervisors approved to change the end date for the discount period for the payment of the FY 2020 Township Real Property Tax from April 30, 2020 to August 31, 2020 during a Special Meeting held on April 24, 2020.
Jackson Township Clean Up Dates
Due to COVID-19 - Spring Clean Up was be rescheduled. The Township Clean Up dates are now SEPTEMBER 23, 2020 - SEPTEMBER 26, 2020. For more information, click here.
